Joy Zigo <Joy -dot- Zigo -at- HARPERCOLLINS -dot- COM> asks about listing credits in
internal-use manuals. I suggest adding a page to the front matter called
"Credits" where you list everyone involved. For examples, see any computer
book published by IDG Books, Que, or Sams.
