I don't think so. I often create online help in PDF format. I format
the page size to 6.5" wide x 5.25" high in Word before I convert the
file to PDF. Once in PDF format I set the document propeties to always
Fit Page size.

Many of my applications are designed to operate on Mac, windows and
Unix and already use PDF documents in the application.

If the help files ever get too large, I will probably switch to
FrameMaker to product the original help document.

the reply-to button works on my mail program. Sorry!)

Would it be fair to say that, for documentation, PDF is better suited
to online manuals than to online help?
