Intranet online help

I've been asked to help design online help for an application that will
be delivered over an intranet. The application is fairly intuitive and
uncomplicated. At first I thought that just using a Find tab for
full-text search would be adequate and save the work of an index, but
I'm concerned about conducting full-text searches over an intranet.
Will this be a problem? Any suggestions would be great.
