Kathy,

On most projects, we put *everything* online but only what's really
needed in print. There is always overlap ... by definition. I don't
think you should worry about stepping on each other's toes, just about
making sure to deliver the appropriate information in each medium. You
should, to some degree, be able to leverage each other's work by
re-using each other's text (probably with at least minor modifications
to make it suitable to each medium).
