IE 4.0 problem...

help! i recently put up our company homepage and everything seemed to be
going well. i tested it using different browsers and more or less it's
ok. that's until i viewed it using IE 4.0. the index page is a total
mess: misaligned tables and graphics, etc, etc..
the other pages seem to be okay though (readable, within the frame,..) and
it's only the index page that has gone berserk.

any input will be appreciated. thanks very much. if anyone wants to view
the code it's at http://polgas.topmax.com.ph
