Jo Byrd wrote about going into interviews with a "what do you need ME to do
for you?" attitude.

I've found that this approach works whether I'm going for a contract or a
direct position. After all, the employer is hiring me to do a job and solve
a problem, not just for my good looks and charming personality (those are
bonuses)! $8^)

Most employers I've talked with seem to find the fact that I focus on
*their* needs refreshing!
