Is Netscape registered with Windows as your default browser? If not, try
re-installing Netscape. That should reset the file associations for you (or
at least offer to do so).

How can I change my configuration so my PC will use Netscape not IE for
these hyperlinks (and thus explain to others how to change their
configuration when they have the same trouble?). Operating system is Window
NT. If this is a Windows NT issue, is there a good resource for tracking
down this info?
