I am trying to decide whether to purchase Doc to Help or RoboHelp for a
online help project.
Chantel

When ForeHelp closed down, I downloaded demo versions of RoboHelp and
Doc-to-Help to try out. I had two serious problems with the Doc-to-Help
demo. One concerned printing (couldn't find my printer) and the other
wouldn't let me get past one of the first basic steps in the demo so I
could continue. I e-mailed them and they responded with a few questions. I
answered the questions and they got back to me two days later with a
message that they would get back to me soon. That was over a month ago and
I still have not heard from them. We purchased RoboHelp based on the lack
of technical support from Doc-to-Help. By the way, the RoboHelp demo worked
fine and a support person answered two questions I sent by e-mail overnight
concerning the product and the demo.
