Unless ABC *also* provides other interfaces, the first part is largely
redundant. How else could the user create folders within the
application other than through the user interface?

"To store your personal card information, simply create folders for
them with the 'File-->New Folder" command."

I would avoid the stuffiness inherent in the original version and make
the entire thing more active and "friendly" with a focus upon the
benefit to the user at the first of the construction where possible.
