Some time back, there was a bit of discussion on using
keywords for scanned resumes. STC's _Intercom_ newsletter
(November 1995, p. 22-23) has a brief article that explains
this concept in more depth and provides a fairly extensive
list of the key keywords you might want to consider. If you
don't already receive this newsletter (it's free as part of
your STC membership), you should be able to get it via
interlibrary loan.

I also imagine that sample copies are available from STC
for a nominal price, as is the case with many other
magazines and newsletters; try them via e-mail at
stc -at- tmn -dot- com (note clever trick used to avoid placing a
period at the end of the e-mail address <grin>).
